Keep the grounds mowed and trash picked up at all buildings in the DC facility and complex;
Clean, weld, and repair totes as required;
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records for quarterly audits;
Assist in moves at the DC including disassembling and setting up cubicles/offices, movable partitions, and office furniture;
Assist with general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and fabrication; provide preventive maintenance to company vehicles
