Maintenance Technician Arby's

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain six locally owned Arby’s restaurants in the Fredericksburg area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping facilities looking their best, and has experience with general maintenance and equipment upkeep.

• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep at all six restaurant locations.
• Power wash sidewalks, drive-thrus, and building exteriors.
• Clean and maintain ice machines.
• Clean refrigeration coils as scheduled.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on kitchen equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of each restaurant.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Safely lift and move equipment or supplies as needed.

• Previous maintenance or facilities maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a company work van between restaurant locations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
