As a maintenance assistant, your job is to help keep the building in good repair, clean, and safe for the older adults who live there. Your dedication will help create a nurturing and supportive environment for those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the facility van and transporting residents to appointments.
• Performing small household repairs such as patching walls.
• Basic grounds/landscape care.
• Small painting projects.
• Fixture changes.
• Carpet extraction.
• Any other repair or general maintenance needed.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Previous experience with small household repairs.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
