Maintenance Assistant | Next Day Pay
Assisted living facility located in Fredericksburg, VA
As a maintenance assistant, your job is to help keep the building in good repair, clean, and safe for the older adults who live there.
Your dedication will help create a nurturing and supportive environment for those in need.
- Responsible for driving the facility van and transporting residents to appointments.
- Perform small household repairs such as patching walls.
- Basic grounds/landscape care
- Small painting projects
- Fixture changes
- Any other repair or general maintenance needed.
- 18 years or older
- Previous experience with small household repairs
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
