Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment;
Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies;
Supports daily operations and safety in a high-activity retail environment to ensure a positive member experience.
