We’re hiring a hands‑on Maintenance/Utilities Lead to own boilers, steam systems, electrical troubleshooting, PLC diagnostics, and plant reliability. Lead a small team, drive uptime, and be the go‑to technical resource for a high‑volume food manufacturing operation.
What you’ll lead:
- Boilers, steam, utilities, compressors
- Electrical troubleshooting (480V)
- Small team leadership + mentoring
- Reliability, safety, and plant uptime
What you need:
- Strong boiler/steam experience
- Industrial maintenance background
- Electrical + PLC troubleshooting
- Leadership experience in a plant environment
- Food/dairy manufacturing a plus
Comp: $120–130K + benefits Location: Freeport, IL (local candidates only)
