Maintenance Technician

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

This is an Entry-level Maintenance Technician position with prior experience and knowledge of proper operation injection molding press and auxiliary equipment, overhead crane and ability to operate a forklift is required

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for safely maintaining production equipment.
• Meeting the maintenance departments schedule preventive maintenance obligations.
• Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repairs on the following equipment: dryers, water heater, temperature controllers, robotics, pad printers (manufacturer guides will be provided to follow).
• Promote and maintain positive working relationships.
• Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
• Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Perform preventive maintenance activities when required.
• Repair or replace equipment when needed following all safety practices to do.
• Open communication will be a must when problems cannot be solved in a timely manner.
• Work overtime when necessary (daily and or weekends) to support high priorities request or meet project goals.
• Support activities related to equipment qualification and process validation.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to read, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Install new equipment to manufactures specifications.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

REQUREMENTS:

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma and trainings with certificate.
• Ability to understand English (verbal and written)
• Experience 2 years minimum.

We Offer market competitive compensation.Potential salary range for this role is $25.00-$34.50per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience. qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law
