A leading assisted living community in Fremont is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to help with general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance on mechanicals, prepare rooms for new residents, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Candidates must possess knowledge of facilities management, be skilled at building relationships, and be able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese.
Salary ranges from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour.
