Facilities Maintenance Technician
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the maintenance and safety of manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $35/hr + 15% shift diff.
Shift: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 3 by 4 rotating schedule
What's the Job?
- Inspect completed work for performance and compliance with local building and safety codes
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing facilities
- Address issues such as leaks, electrical outages, plumbing, or HVAC inefficiencies
- Monitor systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and alarms
- Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of proven facilities maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of building maintenance systems and local safety codes
- Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
