** Position Summary*
* The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing Bloom Energy's manufacturing and office facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience supporting commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and office facilities

+ Diagnose and address facility issues including:

+ Plumbing leaks

+ Electrical outages

+ HVAC inefficiencies

+ General building maintenance concerns

+ Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, ventilation, alarms, and fire safety systems

+ Ensure fire safety equipment remains functional and compliant with applicable regulations

+ Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records

+ Utilize building maintenance management systems to track repairs and work orders

+ Paint, patch walls, perform flooring maintenance, furniture repairs, and assist with office moves

+ Coordinate projects and repairs with contractors and outside service providers

+ Prioritize maintenance activities and manage work order scheduling

+ Communicate project status, progress, and delays to management

+ Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase

Requisition s (PRs) for materials and supplies

+ Participate in safety meetings and follow safe work practices at all times

+ Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

+ Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local building and safety codes

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

** Required Qualifications*
* +  
** 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience*
* + Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or corporate facilities

+ Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues independently

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

+ Excel

+ Word

+ Power Point

+ Ability to lift up to  
** 50 pounds*
* + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

+ Ability to travel between multiple buildings as needed

* + Experience working in manufacturing environments
