Computer Repair Technician - Troubleshoot and Repair​/Swing

Johnson Service Group is seeking to hire multiple positions for Repair Technician I for a contract position for Day and Swing shifts that can go full time based on performance. This position will be troubleshooting and repairing servers. • Day Shift (6:55 a.m.
  
  - 3:25 p.m.) – $25.50 per hour
• Swing Shift (3:45 p.m.
  
  - 12:15 a.m.) – $27.00 per hour
• Graveyard Shift (10:00 p.m.
  
  - 6:30 a.m.) – $29.50 per hour

• Perform set‑up, calibration, testing and moderately complex troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

• Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Effective communication and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of basic office applications, e.g., MS Office (Word, Excel) – spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or failures and communicate findings in written form.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• Ability to work on ladders.

• Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience.
• Associate of Science in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience in related field.
