Manufacturing Trainer

We are seeking a Maintenance Trainer (Mx Trainer) to support our Manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA.

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (maintenance, equipment engineering, or manufacturing operations)
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated equipment
• Strong understanding of: PLC systems and electrical schematics Digital and analog I/O systems Preventive maintenance systems and practices
• Proven experience with automated manufacturing tools and equipment
• Ability to read and use precision measurement instruments
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring others
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to support changing shifts or schedules
• Ability to work both on the floor and in a training/classroom setting
• A hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot equipment and teach others effectively
• A structured trainer who can build scalable, repeatable programs
• A collaborative partner who works across Maintenance, Production, Engineering, HR, and Safety
