Floor Tech

** Overview*
* We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.

Hourly Pay: $23.25

Shift: Sun-Thurs (8pm-4:30am)

** Responsibilities*
* + Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

+ Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors

+ Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment

+ Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners

+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned

+  Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.

+ Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.

+ Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).

+ Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

** Qualifications*
* Required:

-  Must be 18 years of age or older

-  Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

-  No experience required and on the job training provided

-  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

-  Customer service experience

-  2-3 years of similar work experience
