Housekeeper (Full‑Time & Part‑Time)

Countryside Manor, a skilled nursing and long‑term care community located in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking Full‑Time and Part‑Time Housekeepers to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout resident rooms and common areas, supporting infection control standards, and contributing to the overall comfort and well‑being of our residents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean resident rooms and perform discharge cleaning, including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and other assigned areas
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other housekeeping items as needed
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked, organized, and properly maintained
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules and project assignments
• Perform daily laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distribution
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude
