Maintenance Custodian Associate

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting procedures. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures with approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the environmental sustainability program.

Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and order supplies as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Preferred, but not required, experience in facility maintenance or custodial work.
