Lead Electrician Journey Lvl - Belgravia Plant - Day Shift

Job Description

Pay Rate: $37.55 per hour

• Supervise maintenance employees as directed by Management in plant.
• Provide materials and planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance employees, interface with other department employees. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs
• General cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP requirements while performing job duties

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Must have good written and oral English communications skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work from a ladder
• Must be able and willing to work rotating Tuesday-Saturday work weeks and weekends
• Must be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this position
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time on concrete/metal grate floors.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
