We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
* Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.
* Will have superior customer relations skills.
* Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.
* MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
* Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.
* Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.
* Should be proactive when possible "warranty" or "credits" could arise.
* Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures.
* Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time.
* Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education.
* Should be the technical "go to" for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence.
* Assist sales and quote department with technical information required.
Qualifications
* Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years' service field experience.
* Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Strong computer skills a plus.
* Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $60 Per Hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.
