Job Description

Pay Rate: $37.55 per hour

Percent of Time Codes*

• Supervise maintenance employees as directed by Management in plant.
• Provide materials and planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance employees, interface with other department employees. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs.
• General cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP requirements while performing job duties.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Must have good written and oral English communications skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work from a ladder.
• Must be able and willing to work rotating Tuesday‑Saturday work weeks and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this position.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete/metal grate floors.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
