Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for the Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and helping to improve workplace safety, this is the right role for you.

This role involves core duties such as cleaning restrooms, break areas, office spaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and performing deep cleaning as needed. The schedule varies between days, nights, and weekends.

Days and nights vary, including weekends. Shift example: 9 pm – 5:30 am. Starting pay: $17 per hour.

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Perform deep cleaning as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walk around facility frequently throughout shift
• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets (generally in English; Spanish may be required where state required)
• Dexterity with eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for clock‑in/out and training tracking. All non‑exempt employees are required to download the app on their personal devices; cell‑phone reimbursement is provided.
