The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property

• Maintain the grounds and assist the groundskeeper on daily basis

• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy

• Trouble shooting and completion of any work orders within Maintenance Technician's abilities and making management aware of any outside maintenance vendor needs

• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. (including tools)

• Reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

• Maintaining the required property uniform and insuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times

• Cleaning work area, tools and equipment

• Courteous, efficient response at all times

• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times

• Thorough knowledge of management company policies and community policies

• Seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

• Be available to work on an on-call basis

• Securing the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every work day

Shift timings- 1st Shift (Day)
