Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a hard-working handyman to join our team. Your responsibilities include assisting with basic repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, patch & paint, replace light bulbs, light janitorial work, replacing garbage disposals and faucets and light fixtures, light plumbing issues issues, etc.
In addition, you will support our property managers by performing inspections, posting notices, making copies of keys, etc.
Job Duties- General maintenance & repairs
- Building upkeep
- Ensure buildings are clean and orderly
- Meeting with and monitoring construction and other vendors
- Meet with vendors and oversea their progress, coordinate and direct if needed
- At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance & repair, construction or similar work
- Knowledge of construction, plumbing and electrical
- Must be excellent at email and text message communication
- People-person with excellent communication skills, including fluency in email and text message
- Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to follow instructions meticulously
This is a Full-time 40 hour a week job, Monday
-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Health Insurance is provided. Salary range is between $40,000 – $55,000 based upon experience. Must have a valid drivers license, a car or truck, and your own tools. All offers are subject to the passing of a background check.
