Onsite Position

Fresno, CA | Part-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)

$16.90 – $22.17 per hour

The Property Assistant supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of Kings View’s commercial properties. This role performs routine landscaping and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional environment.

• Perform routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Maintain clean and safe walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas
• Assist with light maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains)
• Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean windows, floors, and high-touch surfaces
• Report maintenance issues or damage
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning materials

Required:

• No formal education required
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Reliable and able to work independently or on a team

Preferred:

• Janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices

Primarily outdoor and facility-based work. Regular physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
