Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour
Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm.
Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am

• With instruction/direction, assist higher-level brood maintenance mechanics in providing brood maintenance support by performing basic brood maintenance tasks as assigned.
• General cleaning and/or assisting other crews if required.
• Maintaining safety, housekeeping and sanitation and disease control requirements while performing job duties.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of training and/or experience which has provided a basic working knowledge of brood maintenance systems and practices, to include the following:
  • Use of basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdriver, pliers, tape measure, wire strippers, etc.
  • Use of electrical voltage tester.
  • Use of lockout/tagout equipment and procedures.
• Must be able to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work from a ladder.
• Must have and maintain a California driver's license and an acceptable DMV record.
