Roadside Technician

An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. Respond to customer calls to repair or change tires while on the road. When no calls pending, assist with shop maintenance and other duties.

• Quickly respond to service calls, including evenings and weekends.
• Repair or replace tires, including dismounting, mounting, radial runout, and inflation to specified PSI.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including proper PPE usage and tire cages.
• Attend mandatory on‑call rotation and accept after‑hours service requests.
• Assist with shop organization, mounting orders, and general duties.

• Base pay range $20.50 – $27.00/hr, depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
• All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous commercial service tire experience.
