Northern California - Bay Area Territory-based (8+ clinic locations)

Laser Away is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our laser equipment across a multi-location territory. You'll be the critical link between our clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

• Manage laser maintenance and repairs across 8+ clinic locations and 100+ medical devices
• Respond promptly to service tickets and on‑call issues, with flexibility for after‑hours support
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and parts inventory management
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and troubleshoot complex electrical/optical issues
• Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in laser, biomedical, electrical, HVAC, or similar technical field
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and communication abilities Incentives and Benefits:
