Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms and floors. You are on your feet, keeping the environment safe and clean, while maintaining a positive attitude to provide a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and report unsafe situations.
• Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain and reorder company‑approved chemicals and supplies.

Hourly: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour (minimum wage plus any required premiums). Actual rate may exceed minimum wage based on location.
