Quantum Building Maintenance INC is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Light Maintenance Tech / Porter for an apartment community at The Monarch.

Location:

11700 Lebanon Rd, Frisco, TX 75035
💲 Pay: $18–$19 per hour
📅 Full-Time 40 hours a week

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe properties, and works well independently and with a team.

✨

Responsibilities Include:

✔️ Maintain cleanliness of common areas and property grounds
✔️ Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
✔️ Assist with light maintenance tasks and work orders
✔️ Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor repairs
✔️ Help prepare vacant units for new residents
✔️ Monitor property for safety or maintenance concerns
✔️ Assist maintenance team as needed
✔️ Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas

Qualifications:

• Previous porter or maintenance experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and attendance

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
