Housekeeper​/Porter

Quantum Building Maintenance is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Monarch Apartments. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the community's common areas and amenities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a welcoming environment, and is committed to providing exceptional service.

• 5 Days Per Week
• Must Be Available to Work Weekends
• Two Consecutive Days Off During the Week

  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, mailrooms, and other community amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize common areas.
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Monitor and restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including light cleaning and touch-up tasks.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and property damage to management.
• Support special cleaning projects and community events as needed.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards and health and safety requirements.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or apartment community experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
