Range Water is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Frisco, TX community. You will lead the maintenance team, manage Make Ready processes, and drive quality repairs to keep the property safe, clean, and appealing for residents and guests.
The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in apartment maintenance, strong communication, and knowledge of OSHA standards; EPA refrigerant certs and pool/spa operator certs are highly valued. A valid driver's license is required.
