Maintenance Worker Lead

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Worker Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations in our accommodation and food service facilities. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate and perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, kitchens, dining areas, and building systems to ensure safe, clean, and reliable environments. You will assign tasks, train and guide maintenance staff, monitor work quality, and support adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.

Working closely with operations teams, you'll respond to service requests, track repairs, and help improve processes that enhance guest and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for facility and food service areas
• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Assign, guide, and support maintenance team members on work orders and projects
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and customer-focused manner
• Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities
• Coordinate with operations and food service teams to minimize service disruption
• Identify and report facility and equipment issues requiring escalation
• Support training on safe use of tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and standards
