Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, coordinating vendors, procuring supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Access and obtain materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure accurate tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and basic upkeep
