Range Water Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas in top condition across our properties in the Frisco area. You will diagnose issues, perform routine repairs, and complete work orders within 24 to 48 hours while maintaining safety standards and code compliance.
You will also support the make-ready process for vacant homes, coordinate with vendors, and help manage inventory and tools in the property maintenance shop.
