• Perform carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors.
• Operate high- and low-speed buffers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent work history; team-focused with ability to work with others and take direction.
• Physically demanding, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and reliable transportation.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous floor tech experience preferred.
