Electro Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Salary: $35 - $40 per hour

Electro Maintenance Technician Needed
- Strong electrical knowledge required
- Up to $40 per hour

• General maintenance duties such as replacing valves and pumps, motors, gear reducers.
• Experience with equipment packaging equipment (labelers, rotary and in-line filler, in-line cappers, jet printers, cartoner’s, bundlers, sleevers, heat tunnels and case sealers)
• Disassembly and assembly of electric motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Repair machinery and conveyor belts
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required for plant maintenance
• Basic machinist experience using lathe and mill is a plus

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry
• Specific experience with bottle and/or tube fillers is required
• Must be able to communicate in English
• An in-depth, detailed knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical processes
• Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical prints
• Knowledge and skill to use a variety of hand and power tools as well as shop tools
• Analytically oriented to troubleshoot and establish root cause of problems
• Willing to work overtime and be on call for off‑hours emergencies
• Must have own tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not mandatory
