Temporary Substitute Position

Two years of experience in custodial, grounds, and minor maintenance work preferred. This is a temporary, substitute position.
ABILITY TO:
- Perform a wide variety of minor maintenance repair activities
- Operate light hand power equipment
- Use cleaning materials and equipment with skill and efficiency
- Use tools and equipment in grounds keeping work
- Learn scheduling procedures
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Lift 35 pounds
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to speak and understand English
