Electro Maintenance Technician

Electro Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift – Up to $40 per hour

• General maintenance duties such as replacing valves, pumps, motors, gear reducers.
• Experience with equipment packaging equipment including labelers, rotary and in-line fillers, in-line cappers, jet printers, cartoners, bundlers, sleevers, heat tunnels, and case sealers.
• Disassembly and assembly of electric motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Repair of machinery and conveyor belts.
• Basic electrical knowledge to support maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge of plant systems.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required for plant maintenance.
• Basic machinist experience using a lathe and mill is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Specific experience with bottle and/or tube fillers.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical processes.
• Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical prints.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools as well as shop tools.
• Analytically oriented to troubleshoot and establish root cause of problems.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on call for off‑hours emergencies.
• Must have own tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not mandatory.
