We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping I team member to maintain clean, sanitary, and organized offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. The successful candidate will follow established cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.

• Clean offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust stationary fixtures, including bookshelves, tables, counters, and desks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Sanitize areas using cleaning agents, chemicals, and solvents safely and appropriately.
• Restock disposable supplies, such as soap, paper products, and toilet tissue.
• Report equipment failures, maintenance needs, or mechanical issues to the appropriate staff.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• At least one year of related housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and routine work instructions.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning products, chemicals, and solvents.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift as needed to complete cleaning duties.
• Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and disposable products.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
