Compensation and Pay

Guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour and the ability to earn over $800.00 per week, paid weekly.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending on experience, quality of work, and speed.

No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Clean customers  homes according to Molly Maid standards - follow our process and delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - make them feel you care.
• If you re a team lead:
  • Manage the team s schedule and drive safely - the team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their teammates.
  • Maintain equipment - take care of basic cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with proper supplies.
• Finish cleaning to a high standard, paying attention to detail.
• Work effectively in various environments.
• Show teamwork and customer service excellence.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Availability Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients
