Commercial HVAC Project Coordinator

A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is hiring a full-time Commercial HVAC Project Coordinator in Gainesville, FL.

• This is a full-time position with a dependable schedule focused on consistency and long-term success.

Each day, you'll balance estimating, project oversight, and business development—reviewing plans, preparing bids, meeting with clients, managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with installation and service teams, tracking costs and schedules, and identifying opportunities to expand planned maintenance contracts, all while acting as a trusted point of contact who keeps projects running smoothly and clients confident.

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
• Proven experience in estimating commercial HVAC equipment projects
• Sales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include established relationships within commercial construction or property management, experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements, and strong project management and leadership abilities.
