Custodian

, you play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, welcoming, and ready to serve individuals on their journey to recovery.

In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of custodial duties under general supervision, helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment across center facilities. Your work directly supports the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients and staff.

This position includes potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of custodial experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills

• Perform daily cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, equipment cleaning)
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities across assigned buildings
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies
• Properly dispose of waste and support facility upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols and CARF standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Identify and report maintenance needs proactively
• Adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision
