Compensation Structure: $14 per hour

The Turnover Maintenance position assists with apartment turnover/make‑ready processes and upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained while delivering superior customer service to foster positive resident relationships. On‑call and weekend availability is required.

• Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community areas to identify and address safety hazards, liability concerns, and cleanliness issues, ensuring the property meets company standards.
• Conduct unit inspections to verify move‑in readiness and perform make‑ready processes.
• Perform apartment turn‑related tasks as assigned.
• Assist with preventative maintenance efforts to preserve the condition and longevity of the property.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, maintenance support, or property management is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
