Qualifications:
Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
Must possess basic computer skills
Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in all trades including air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and building infrastructures
Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Essential Functions:
Provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight to the maintenance staff
Collaborates with directors and department heads to ensure all facilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship in the most cost-effective manner
Ensures that regular preventative maintenance and repairs to air conditioning units, fire alarms, sprinklers, electrical units, septic tanks, sewage plants, and plumbing are completed
Ensures all equipment and tools are inventoried, well maintained and accounted for Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
Performs all other duties as assigned
