We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Cambridge property.

  • Rate: $26.00to $28.00/hr.

    Gainesville, FL
  • Schedule:

    Mondayto Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
  • Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading theteam
  • OverseeHVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
  • Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
  • Supervisestaff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
  • Respondto and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
  • Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Required

Education and Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
  • Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • HVAC/EPA Certification required
