Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep of our communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with make-ready duties to support property operations.
You will respond to resident requests, perform pool maintenance, manage supplies, and help maintain safety programs in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Regular on-site presence and a customer-service focus are essential.
