Role Summary The Onsite Maintenance Lead serves as a hands-on leader responsible for scheduling, training, and overseeing the maintenance team while ensuring accurate reporting and the timely completion of work orders and property projects. This position inspects and maintains common areas, performs routine repairs and custodial work, manages supplies and cleaning services, and responds promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well maintained.
