HES Facilities Management - - Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors;
Machine shampoo carpeting;
Clean walls, vents, screens, and fixtures;
Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors;
Sweep entryways and empty trashcans outside entrances;
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies;
Change interior light bulbs reachable from ladders;
Complete work requests for repairs;
Remove snow/ice and apply salt;
Organize custodial closets;
Move and set up furniture for events
