Dog Walker Job - Weekday/ Weekend Specialist

We're hiring dependable, detail-oriented dog walkers to join our growing weekday team. This isn't a gig app job - this is meaningful, steady work with a small business that puts care, communication, and professionalism first.
What You’ll Do:- Walk dogs solo or in pairs in their own neighborhoods
- Follow detailed instructions for leash handling, safety, and enrichment
- Use our mobile app to check in, send updates/photos, and track visits
- Maintain punctuality and reliability across a set schedule of visits
- Available at least 3 weekdays between 7:30 AM-2:00 PM
- Reliable vehicle, active smartphone, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working independently in all weather
- Strong communicator who genuinely cares about animals
- $18-$22/hour depending on experience and visit type
- Routes grouped by neighborhood to reduce drive time
- Supportive small-team culture with real humans
