About the Role
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to prevent and minimize equipment failures and downtime.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
