Maintenance Supervisor (Full Time

Maintenance Supervisor – full‑time position.

Location:

TAMU Galveston – 1001 Texas Clipper Road, Galveston, TX 77554 (Openings available at other locations within the school district).

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Full‑time; flexible scheduling for full‑time and part‑time candidates).

Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Perks: $250 sign‑on bonus at 90 days, $750 bonus at 1 year, same‑day pay, comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide training and create work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports, ensuring unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.
