New Aspen Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the Service Manager in keeping the community in good repair and safe condition. You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate repairs, and help ensure a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents and staff.
The role requires at least 2 years in property management or equivalent and HVAC certification. Overtime and on-call duties are possible, with 40-hour weeks and rotating on-call obligations.
